Taylor Swift’s lead-single for her last album “Fearless” has been certified 4x Platinum for being legally downloaded over 4 million times off digital retailers in the U.S. “Love Story” becomes the biggest selling country single from the Billboard digital singles era (since 2005, when digital sales started being officially tracked by Billboard). “Love Story” became Taylor’s first Top 5 Hot 100 hit and also her first Top 5 Pop radio hit (both peaking at #4). It also enjoyed success internationally and peaked in the Top 3 in some countries including: Australia (#1), Ireland, UK, Japan, New Zealand and Canada. CONGRATULATIONS TAYLOR! |
